This privacy policy (confidentiality) of personal data is an integral part of the Public Agreement on the provision of information and consulting services and applies to visitors to the website https://afzevs.com/, Instagram @annaklietsova, Instagram @afzevs, fb.com/annaklietsova, fb.com/afzevs (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and complies with the requirements of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for receiving, storing, processing, using and disclosing personal data of users of the Site, as well as persons who have placed orders for the provision of Services (hereinafter referred to as Users).
1.2. Personal data from Users when using the Site is received by the Private Enterprise Audit Firm “ZEVS”.
1.3. By using the Site, the User expresses full and unconditional consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and grants the Private Enterprise Audit Firm "ZEVS" (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) the right to receive, store, process, use and disclose personal data of Site users under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

4.2. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.
4.3. The Administrator has the right, without the User's consent, to transfer personal data to third parties to the extent necessary and sufficient to achieve the purpose of collecting personal data and in cases specified by the legislation of Ukraine.
4.4. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.5. The Administrator is not responsible for the actions of third parties who may violate the terms of this Privacy Policy and attempt to acquire users' personal data.

5.1. The Site may use cookie technology. With each visit to the Site, we may collect information related to the gadgets and devices that the User uses, the networks to which he/she connects when using the Site. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.2. The administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and not sold, exchanged, published or disclosed in other possible ways the User's personal data transmitted, except for clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in the course of business.
6.2.4. Block personal data belonging to the relevant User from the moment of the request or request of the User, or his legal representative, or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
Responsibility of the parties
7.1. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:
7.1.1. Became generally known before its loss or disclosure.
7.1.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration from the User.
7.1.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User;
7.1.4. Was disclosed in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.
7.2. The User is fully responsible for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, including legislation on advertising, protection of copyright and related rights, but not limited to the above.
7.3. The User has the right to distribute the Company's text materials (articles, publications that are freely publicly available on the Company's website) provided that the User provides a link to the Company's website.
7.4. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred due to: use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to the Company's or User's communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the site.
8. Additional Terms
8.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
8.2. The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its posting on the Company's website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
