Business Breakdown 2026: How a Veterinary Clinic Can Avoid Tax Audits and Fines. WEBINAR RECORDING
Webinar for owners of veterinary clinics and medical centers: signs of business fragmentation, bank financial monitoring, a safe model of several sole proprietorships, VAT and transition to an LLC - analysis with a certified auditor.
«"Business fragmentation" in 2026 is one of the main reasons for bank inquiries and scheduled tax audits. What was considered the norm for years - several sole proprietorships in one premises, distribution of revenue between related entrepreneurs, joint expenses - is now classified as tax evasion. Consequences: additional assessment of SSC and PIT, fines up to 100% of the unpaid amount and blocking of accounts.
At the webinar, together with certified auditor and forensic tax expert Anna Kletsova, we discussed how to check your work model and build protection before the audit comes.
What was disassembled:
— Signs of business fragmentation: what criteria does the tax authority actually focus on when auditing an individual entrepreneur?
— Bank financial monitoring: which transactions and structures trigger fragmentation requests
— Protection strategy: how to build a safe and legal model for operating multiple sole proprietorships
— VAT and the choice of taxation system in 2026: single tax, general system, limits
— Transitioning to an LLC: When it makes sense and when it doesn't. Calculating the risks and benefits
